💳 Refund Policy

In the case of an approved return, the refund will be processed as follows:

• Credit card: refunded directly to the card (processing time depends on your bank).

• Pix or bank slip: refunded via bank transfer within 5 business days.

• Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
